Science Week

As part of our science week activities, fifth class made their own kites. 
Big thanks to Cavan Library for their help in organising this activity.
We are looking forward to getting outside on a nice windy day and testing them out.

Update:
We had a brilliant time out flying our kites. Despite a few crashes at the start, we got the hang of flying them and they flew really well.

 Mr Walsh and some of his Sixth Class were away in Breffni Park playing rounders. We gave a great account of ourselves winning our first match and narrowly losing our second match. It was a brilliant day, we had great fun and we learned a lot about the game, as we played it.
