January in Fifth Class

We had a visit from a Botanist who looked at the ecology around our school. 



We visited the library with 1st class. We walked down, looked through the selection of books and read them together. It was really lovely getting to know the little ones.

Congratulations to our Sixth Class students who made their Confirmation on 3/5/25 in the Cathedral. It was a lovely ceremony and we were lucky to have such a beautiful day for our celebrations afterwards.

Rounders 2025

 Mr Walsh and some of his Sixth Class were away in Breffni Park playing rounders. We gave a great account of ourselves winning our first match and narrowly losing our second match. It was a brilliant day, we had great fun and we learned a lot about the game, as we played it.
